Clara Maria Schubert is a founding member of the AAP Sidesaddle Association of Portugal that was founded in July of 2017. Her first experience of sidesaddle riding was in June 2017 at a clinic with Isabel Palha Figueiredo which she completed successfully. Since then Clara has been riding regularly in side saddle and she participated in the show of the Association at the Golegã Horse Fair in November 2017. At the moment she trains the lusitano horses Hebraico and Gladiador as well as Dimitri, Lisboeta and Celta in side saddle and prepares them for shows, presentations and processions/parades.
